Programs

In this class, we will learn painting and collage techniques using paper, ink, pigments/pigment sticks, soybeans and glue.
We will experiment with different compositional tools and learn techniques including: making a variety of patterned and hand-painted papers; transferring images; making soy-based gojiru binder for pigments; making traditional wheat starch paste (glue); stretching paper, and final collage application techniques.
