The following group fitness programs are FREE with a Community Center Membership. Classes are ongoing throughout the year. Registration is not required:
ACTIVE FITNESS-SENIOR FITNESS
Mondays, Thursdays & Fridays at 8:30am
Our Active Fitness (age 62+) class that is included with a community center membership, Silver Sneakers, or Renew Active/One Pass

H.I.I.T w/ Eileen
Wednesdays at 8:00am
HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out with 100% effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods.
Cardio & Core w/ Eileen
Fridays at 8:00am
Build core muscle groups through a variety of exercises designed to strengthen your abdomen and back muscles while increasing your flexibility.
